Termination

Dismissal of an employee can take different forms and employment laws in most countries dictate its manner. Termination with cause is usually the result of a significant violation such as dishonest conduct, deliberate disobedience, serious neglect of duties, etc.). In such cases, the terminated employee is not entitled to separation pay or notice.
